They are waiting for toxicology reports to determine whether there were any contributing factors but were able to determine blunt force injuries to the torso as the cause of death, presumably due to internal bleeding.

A fierce, stylish woman, but in my opinion she was never a beauty. All three kids are ugly, particularly the one who isn’t Don Jr or Ivanka.
