| Did I read someone was assaulted? Is that what started all of this? |
A postal delivery worker was randomly assaulted at the apartment building. The two men named in the complaint witnessed the assault and gave statements to MPD, falsely identifying themselves as law enforcement. The US Postal Service then sent an inspector to investigate the assault incident at a later date and interviewed the two men as witnesses to the assault. They again falsely identified themselves as federal law enforcement and the US Postal Inspector reported their statements to DHS OIG because things they were saying were not adding up. They would've gotten away with their scheme if they just avoided identifying themselves as federal law enforcement. |
Yes, someone assaulted a mail carrier in the building and that’s what got the consummate professionals at the USPIS involved. When they went to investigate they were told that these guys had the whole building under surveillance, and USPIS was like, wait what? |
Yep, makes no sense for DHS personnel to be like "oh hey, we run building security here and, uh, I don't really have a .gov email address for you to reach me for follow up. Oh, no supervisor contact info either" |
| What’s the culture of USPIS? I’m guessing it’s not the typical white ex-mil MAGA-leaning bros you find elsewhere in USG |
I only know from a family of USPS employees but super straight laced. Maybe the USPIS director should take over the USSS for a while. |
| The arrest affidavit treats the USSS and HSI guys like they were oblivious bros. Calls them "witnesses" and basically says they were duped by fake PIV cards and laptop login screens. Are federal LEOs allowed to live and party in gov funded apartments tied to investigations? |

Wow, FOIA releases revealed that USPIS intel analysts correctly predicted January 6th and all the big federal agencies - DOJ, DHS, USSS - ignored their security assessments.

No the USPIS knew there was no agency call the “ Special Police” using a .us. They unlike secret service are a professional organization. This is what started the investigation. |
Or DHS. |
This is a big wow. The USPS inspectors are turning out to be the smart, capable heroes across multiple areas despite deJoy trying to destroy the organization. Can we expand their scope and give them raises?? |
There have been issues with the Secret Service for about a decade now. It's clear there is a problem with their hiring and vetting. I posted before that there should be a housecleaning and there absolutely should. Something is very wrong with their culture. This is and should be beyond politics. There are folks in the current Administration that obviously require protection. And I don't like Mike Pompeo, or John Bolton, and let's not get started on Trump. But we know Iran is still seeking retribution for the killing of Solemani and we know they are all targets. Politics aside, they are former federal officials targeted for their decisions while they were federal officials. And the Secret Service appears to be in shambles. |
Yeah, but the real story is the USPS iCOP social media surveillance program was authorized to spy on ALL Americans Social media posts - ongoing and continuous- despite the Intelligence Community's obvious willful action to then IGNORE the reports provided What Bigger HINT do you need that the real end game ISNT'T "protecting America" its just spying on America... and pick and choose what you do with the Intel once you have it based on - WHO IS IN POWER Same with DHS' very creation- post 9/11 " protect the Homeland " BUT look at what DHS did under Trump and who it was Run by under someone like Trump And they are still at it. You have no idea how many sociopaths were hired to work for DHS in the last decade , how supervised they are ( or not ) and what kind of malicious activity they are up to against maybe an- Ex Boyfriend or former spouse or girl they are stalking because they were turned down. a REAL problem in DC |
So you believe Trump ate stolen documents? |
There was a thread a couple of months ago about USSS uniformed officers in John Bolton’s driveway. Then there was an article in WAPO saying the USSS is spending two million dollars per month to protect Pompeo from Iranian assassins and now we learn possible Iranian agents are paying rent for and partying with USSS agents and uniforms. This sounds like an episode of “Homeland.” |
