| I can't believe there would be 20 people who would choose to vacation this way. |
| 20 people is a lot! I would probably make two different types of enchiladas (half baked harvest has great ones) and maybe rice and beans. I don’t know how much is needed for 20 people though. |

Crabcakes
Roasted vegetables Salad A big pot of corn chowder or a pot of pasta with some kind of lemon sauce (these can be a side for those who are eating crabcakes and a main for those who aren't) Put out cheese, crackers, etc. beforehand to fill people up a bit before they get to the main course Dessert can be brownies, and an assortment of shaved ice |
| How about a few big pots of steamed mussels, (frozen) french fries and some sort of green vegetable? |
|
I would do a Super Bowl type spread with wings, chili, buffalo chicken dip, and a few other apps.
|
This is my go to for a crowd. Low Country boil. Potatoes, corn, onions, shrimp. |
| I can’t believe all the negative replies- this sounds like a blast! I wish I had 20 relatives to vacation with, you’re fortunate. My vote is for grilling- brats, Italian sausage and chicken breast. Good sides and some awesome dessert. Have fun! |

+ 1 for Cava night and do a cava bar. It seems easy enough for 20 people.
- Boil some black lentils - Get the huge canned chick peas (for the vegetarians) - frozen corn - premade salad packages - Buy the Cava harissa, crazy feta and hummus at Giant/Safeway or at Cava location before you go - Greek dressing - Sauteed fish cubes for the bowl for those who eat meat - Boil Basamati rice or brown rice Watermelon Icecream If all of you can bring your air fryers, you could do some chicken drumsticks or fish, serve with rice. |

Barbecue chicken, barbecue tofu, corn on the cob, salad, watermelon, rolls
Spaghetti, meatballs, roasted veggies (eggplant, zucchini, peppers) , caesar salad Chili (one veg, one meat) with toppings, cornbread |
Entertaining is even more unappealing than a beach vacation with 20. |
| Spaghetti and meatballs (get the fake meatballs for the vegetarians) |
| April? 80s? Nothing about that counts out lasagna. I would do meat lasagna, garden salad, garlic bread, fruit and dessert. I don't know why you wouldn't do something easy that people love. The vegetarians can eat the garden salad and fruit. I don't spend a lot of time trying to appease people who make inconvenient lifestyle choices and then expect me to accommodate them. Eat what I prepare or go somewhere else. |
