This is probably correct the way it was phrased. In the Spring, everyone was saying covid is over. Back then, even I thought it might be over. Omicron changed all that. |

Why would you need a survey in 2021? School is in-person. Aside, this survey was performed at a time of peak covid hysteria when there was little understanding of the virus, no vaccines (nor any on the near horizon), no treatments, etc. |

No one thought the pandemic would stretch more than a year. The same survey rated their Child's Physical Health and Safety as 91.7%. Coronavirus changed covid math since 2020. |

Today Marc Elrich said he is receiving many emails regarding virtual vs in person school and those emails have been about 50/50. Starts at about 5:35.

It's not easy. We're a larger school system, with people coming from all sorts of living arrangements. For the kid, in person is a no brainer. For the greater community, though, there are tradeoffs.
Both sides have valid points to make. Unfortunately, there's no "right" answer, either. |
