This information is public but is not part of the schools public profile when it should be. It is a important metric on how well the school is run but principles like to say that teachers leave all the time. Well they do, but at some schools they leave a heck of a lot faster than others.

It’s partially public, in the STAR score you can see the percentage of 2+ years teachers at the school.
