Would you date someone who went to a really bad university?

Anonymous
IF you are someone who won’t date anyone without a degree.
Anonymous
No, I'd spit on them and tell them how worthless they are.

What a nasty question.

o.m.g.

-signed someone who went to a B (maybe C) rated state univ, and has been making six figures for the past 20 some odd years.

Sure, as long as it was an accredited school.

Please define Really Bad University. I wanna see if mine makes the cut.

I don’t ask people where they went. Gross.

Did they get a Really Bad Career also? Because that would be a dealbreaker for me but I do not care where their degree is from.

Nah, I only refuse to date people who went to Cornell because all they talk about is how they went to Cornell.

Yes! Even when they went to Cornell's restaurant and hotel management program. Yawn-fest.

I married a guy who went to a no name college. He's doing really well now.

PP and OMG. What's funny is I posted that because I *did* date a man who only talked about how he went to Cornell and that's exactly the program he did. Managed a restaurant where his co-manager was way younger and had no degree at all. Then he got fired because he thought certain restaurant duties were beneath him because....he went to Cornell.

How do I say this without sounding as bad as OP? You're kind of supporting her argument.

Why does PP sound as bad as OP? Aren’t they making the point that you can make a living even if you went to a lower ranked school?

This can't be real.
