DH and I want to go away overnight. How much to pay my godson to spend the night with the kids?

DH and I want to go away overnight for our anniversary in May. We have three kids: 11, 13, and 15. Pretty easy going as far as tweens and teens go. But we're going to Easton and they are too little to be left alone when we're over 2 hours away. My godson is a junior in college here in DC. He's 21 and very responsible. How much do you think we should pay him to spend a day and a half with them? He'd be there to maybe drive them to soccer games, make sure they eat real meals, and be around in case something bad happened. But it should overall be an easy gig. He's babysat them before and we've had many family gatherings together.

You're kidding right? Are there typos in your kids ages? If you're just going overnight I would think your 15 year old and 13 year old can handle the 11 year old. Mine would be so offended that they need a babysitter!!! For ONE night. If something bad happens they can call a neighbor or in an emergency 911.

My kids would be happy to have a "college" family member "hang" out with them for a day!
