They have 10 kids living in a 2-bedroom San Francisco apartment without laundry. They all wear mini Boden and play stringed instruments. Dad lugs mountains of laundry to a laundromat weekly. For some reason, this fascinates me. Girls often are in dresses (for religious reasons?) I think they homeschool?
I wonder what their San Fran neighbors think of them… https://instagram.com/the.happy.caravan?utm_medium=copy_link |
Is it even legal to cram 12 people into a 2 bedroom city apartment? |
The 18 and 19 year old kids still dressing up to play with younger siblings seems odd to me. Are they allowed to have friends? Move out and go to college? |
Where does their money come from? No mention of any jobs but raising 10 kids and sending them to a conservatory isn’t cheap, even in a 2 bedroom.
And yes, the eldest come across as a little stunted and creepy. |
It's gross to pimp out their kids that way |
This, I feel bad for those teens who have to dress like elementary school girls. |
No kidding! Essentials like rent and food are easily $10k/month. Then paying for lessons and buying all those instruments? Diapers? Doc appointments? Clothing? The dad is a graphic designer?? This doesn’t add up… |
I refuse to follow or give any of these breeder families attention.
Look what happened with the Duggars. America was obsessed with them until their dirty laundry came out and what dirty laundry it was! Barf. |
Well, that’s kinda the point. A typical family wouldn’t cram 12 people into an apartment with one bathroom, force them all to dress alike, and post it all over social media. The mom had her cargo van screenprinted with the family’s insta handle on the back. They are not well. Something is 100% going on. Dirty laundry galore…. |
Interesting music-loving family. Their YouTube channel says they commute every weekend from San Diego to San Francisco to attend the conservatory. I’m guessing they are from a wealthy background. San Diego and San Francisco are expensive places to live. |
Or they receive public assistance. |
That's out of date. They live in San Fran now. |
This family gives me a different vibe. They didn't used to be crammed in a small living space, but have musically talented kids and needed to find them a way to continue to grow musically. I applaud the parents for finding a way to make it work so the kids could attend one of the best music conservatives in the country. The older ones are still at home, but have serious studies at the conservatory. They live at home because th COL in SF is outrageous. I understand that the girls aren't required to wear dresses, but it was expected at a fundie church they used to be members of in San Diego. They left that church, but the girls still feel more comfortable in dresses. I follow them and it seems they started IG and YouTube to share music performances. That seems normal. They now share more about their family because people kept asking. |
Ok shill. People keep asking me to share more about my life and my kids. Because of my job we are fame adjacent z-listers but people are curious. I say no. No one is put out there against their will. People are famous because they claw their way there. Not saying this family is famous but they really really want to be. Look at their branded van that they drive all around the city with their IG and youtube channels. The kids have no choice and there are no laws to protect them. Very sad |
Oh please. If I dedicated my life to making my kids play string instruments they would be decent musicians too. Anyone to practices that much will become proficient. They got lucky they they had a couple of biddable eldest children who liked music and went along with it, and the younger ones followed suit. These kids don’t strike me as prodigies, just practiced.
And their parents shilling them all over social media is just gross. |
