30 months felony probation.
Can travel wherever he wants. Pay restitution of over $120,000. Fined $25,000. Serve 151 in Cooke County jail. Smollett went off after sentencing yelling he is not suicidal and if anything happens to him in jail it will not be suicide. Still proclaims his innocence. |

Rolls eyes the OP listed the most serious penalty last that's why. Jussie has 30 months - so 2 1/2 years of probation but also 150 days - so 5 months in prison. Not bad. I think its a fair sentence. |

Good question. The judge even discussed this in his sentencing speech. She should be fired. But, more likely nothing will happen to her. |
