| Sam’s Club has them - 6 for $7.99! |
|
Thank you!
Not a sams member. Anyone know if Trader Joe’s does? |
| Trader Joe’s - Tysons, yes. $2.49/ea. |
| I haven’t tried these—what makes them worth seeking? |
They are super sweet and don’t have the thick pith like some oranges do. |
| Wegmans has them but not so cheap. |
They are also extremely easy to peel. |
|
They have a big beautiful outtie belly button.
|
They are sweet, easy to peel, not as sour as a regular orange. They're amazing and only available during a limited window of time. |
Nothing. It’s a silly trend |
So wrong. It’s not a trend. We’ve been getting them for years. They’re seasonal. They are definitely expensive though. |
| I thought they were kind of dry |
| Whole PayCheck typically has them on sale. |
Regular oranges aren't sour ^^^. Is this huge difference in price really worth it though? Fwiw, the hype around honey crisp apples (which were supposed to be so much sweeter than your regular go-to apples) were good, but not for the price point abd certainly not worthy of the hype. |
Guess it depends on your budget. I think sumo and honey crisp are worth it - my kids gobble them up. They won’t even touch regular oranges. |
