Without question, a hermes bag. I am just about to quit work and SAH and I am considering making that my final splurge. Not sure how to get if passed my husband's beady eyes though since I can't say honestly that "money is no object".

Yes, they do have trench coats at that outlet. Last one I saw was going for about $600 (one with removable lining and hood).
