Sexual Mismatch

I am in an interracial heterosexual relationship - He is white and I am a black female. He is 6 years older, and we have been together 8 years and have 1 kid together. I love him with all my heart and I believe he does too. I have been the breadwinner in our relationship and he supports me and helps with cooking and cleaning. We are compatible for the most part, except when it comes to the bedroom, he simply is not as interested in sex as i am. When we first met, he was all about it but since we had our child, his desire has cooled. We have sex once a week and only if I bring it up. He is not cheating - I know this because we are always home together. We had sex on Tuesday and I went for a massage on Tuesday and orgasmed from having my back rubbed and I masturbated on Tuesday and today just because I am still horny from my massage.

I am super confused as to whether to continue this relationship - I have cheated in the past becuase our bedroom was dead and it was only through strong urging on my part that we are able to get to once a week.

He’s not interested because you spend too much time together, there’s no polarity. Encourage him to go back to doing the things he used to like to do without you, you do the same and maybe things will turn around.

This right here is what I have been trying to do.
He has been having issues getting a job and is working a menial job to keep and I think he internalizes all the low self esteem.
