How much you pay for the cleaning service

Hello! Can you share how much you pay for the cleaning service? Really appreciate if you kindly share the price, frequency (weekly or bi-weekly), size of the house (e.g. xx Bath xx RM or sqft). I got quotes from $150-$250 for bi-weekly cleaning for a 4500sqft house.

The cleaning company, who charges my friend $150/bi-weekly for 5bed 6bath 5000+sqft, is asking me for $250/bi-weekly. I am not sure if the price has gone up so high? Just want to pay a fair price. Thank you!

We pay $165 monthly for a 2000 sq ft 3 bdrm/3 bath row house in DC.

We use company because I'm a fed and we get the same ladies every time. 5 bed 3.5 baths 4200 SF, $170 every other week, $20 tip each per visit and $150 each Christmas. One of them has a son two years younger than my youngest, so I save all his stuff for her. It takes them around 3 hours for 2 people but I put everything away and we're pretty minimalists (I hate clutter). We get the basic service (no laundry, appliance cleanup or sunroom)

I used to pay $150 to get the house cleaned twice a week. So $600 a month. It works out to $75 per visit.

No smoking, no shoes indoors, no pets, grown up kids, 4 family members. 3200 sqft home - 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, living, dining, breakfast area, family room, foyer, stairs, hallway. Basement is 1600 sqft. 1 full bath. It gets cleaned once in a while, though the basement bathroom gets cleaned pretty often. Bedsheets gets changed once a week, with my help. I do my own laundry, though laundry is included in the service.

I do daily cleaning so my house really remains quite clean. Even now, due to pandemic we have not had cleaning service and I do the entire cleaning once a week, and the house remains quite clean. Current rate of my cleaner had doubled. I have planned to hire her back but have her come once a week.

We pay $165 every three weeks. House is 2700/sq ft. 4bd 2.5 ba. They also change the sheets, dust the blinds and ceiling fans.

$150 biweekly for 4500 sq. ft. In Bethesda. No in-door shoes, no changing bed linens, and we “clean” before the cleaners arrive (no clutter at all). We pay even when we are on vacation or we cancel the service. Also Xmas bonus $150 each and lots of lightly used hand me downs.
