Here’s the not-voting-Senator Ericksen praising El Salvador’s “large military and police presence” at polling places as “reassuring” rather than “intimidating.” He adds that “the United States could learn a few things” from the great election there.

Doug Erickson was registered as a foreign agent for Cambodia. They paid him. He was in El Salvador as an "election observer".

I was wrong. He was in El Salvador earlier in the year as an election observer. So he was returning there . . . we can only guess why he was there, but why so secretive about where he was when he came back to the States?

I guess he wanted to find out how authoritarians are able to steal elections so he could mirror that strategy here.

side note: why can't the authoritarian Bukele stop the violence in his own country? Oh he did by making a pact with MS13.

I’m not a nurse, so my knowledge comes only from sources like the nursing subreddit, but they said that anyone who comes off a ventilator for covid is never going to be the same person again. They’re going to need rehab, oxygen or they’re going to be an invalid for the rest of their lives.
