OP here. The TD has absolutely no idea what he is doing. Talked with DS teammate parents last night and we aren’t the only ones, just don’t want to be the last one. J”L”C is so out of his depth that he’s now failing both as a director and coach.

But seriously. It was a great community a couple of years ago. There was decent-to-pretty good soccer. Lots of local families. Now it's a shell of itself, mostly because of LB and how she decided to treat the people who were working alongside her to make a great community.

And yes, your holiness, that is indeed sad.

Fair enough. We also had, on a personal level with our children, some very disappointing, even anger-inducing, experiences at LMVSC.

I still think that the way the community has fallen apart is sad.

Saw Coach Sam and Coach Jon Norem at one of the SYC's games last weekend... interesting!

J”L”C is not the only one that is terrible. DD use to play for Coach E ETUK and then we moved on to a real coach. She is much more motivated and she is shinning and playing her position. He gives no direction nothing technical is learned. Practices are useless. He favors certain girls on his team I hope people are starting to see that he is not the best. Good thing he didn't moved over to SYC like his assistant coach too with the rest of other coaches but who cares better for us. We now play for SYC and really do not need him there. He is LMVSC problem now just like LC. His red team people even left they can see right through him some of his best players. No one wants to play for him. He is arrogant. He doesn't motivate or give instruction. Now that they are doing academy he probably never even goes to practice. Hopefully SYC doesn't bring him over otherwise we will probably leave and they will lose players again. Not sure how LB keeps him on the payroll.

Coach SAM and Coach JOHN were the best. That is the technical staff. LB wake up.

What is up with all these assistant coaches that are parents. I pay a lot of money to have a REAL coach. This is not REC. LMVSC get yourself a staff stop using parents as coaches. Get qualified people. Even LB's team is losing probably cause they have a random parent coaching. My friend's DS also has a random parent that is a coach. Just sad!

That is how they fill holes but then that parent favors some kids over others. It should never get to that. 06/07 RED does that those teams belong to TD Lee.
