You can’t give up on everyone Jen hosts on her podcast - Jennifer garner, ree Drummond, Sharon McMahon, etc. These are not people who have signed up to be her best friend or to have her as their mentor, they just agreed to do a 45 minute conversation with her. That’s it. They cannot be expected to do deep dives on the trajectory of everyone who interviews them.

I agree but when i see them posting comments that are almost fangirly or give that bff vibe it makes me cringe

I agree. These people are promoting stuff on her podcast. These decisions are made between their publicists and Jen's "team." It's not an endorsement. I think it's the equivalence of actors having to do the rounds on talk shows and with random press outlets before a movie comes out.

Except for Kimberly Williams Paisley. She's really friends with her, but she's also a C list celebrity.

Father of the Bride was 30 years ago. She's been in Hallmark-type movies for the past two decades. Brad Paisley hasn't had a hit in over ten years, either, and Accidental Racist was the nail in the coffin for his career. Like Jen, trying too hard to be woke and not able to keep up with trends in his own genre.

Jen either edited her latest instagram pic, or she's on the ozempic train too. There's no way these perimenoupausal women like Sarah Bessey and Jen are just suddenly dropping this many pounds naturally at these ages. And I get that commenting on body types is problematic but both of them have been public about body positivity but talking about that without talking about the meds you're on is such a grift.

None of the celebrities y’all mentioned are really a big deal anymore. They’re long past their peaks and their publicists are probably happy to get them on any podcast. That said, they’re probably still big enough to have a legit team to manage their social media.

She looks very thin in the green skirt and I thought she looked very thin in a couple of her Iceland pics. But in the black jeans picture the other day where she was shilling her Fanny pack, she looked normal/fine. While I think Jen would try Ozempic and give “eating a few more veggies” all the credit, I also think she’d use a skinny filter, which doesn’t completely make sense when you look at some of the crazy faces she puts out into the public.

She body tuned herself to an extreme. That doesn’t even look like her face. Also evidence that she fixed that photo are the black marks on either side of the pic. She took that picture and clearly messed with it. Who is she trying to impress? Who is Tyler trying to impress with his comment? They’re both gross and perhaps deserve each other. Who else would have them?
