| They are filthy looking. The only reason I can think of is because people want others to think they are rich. It’s sad. |
| Simple, they're trendy. Certainly not needed in this climate. |
| Ego. Same reason people drive luxury cars. |
| Why do people post this same thread once a month? |
Why did you and all of your girlfriends initially wear them? |
| There is a certain person that wears them. Wants to be fashionable but not edgy enough to wear luxury brands |
| They aren't really all that expensive so the "wants to look rich" excuse doesn't fly. |
| For the same reason they were distressed jeans. |
| I've never heard of them until now. |
What does this climate have to do with them? |
| +1 they are very ugly and not "trendy" at all. |
Go do your homework. Your mom is calling you. |
OMG they come that way? I always assumes everyone just wore them everywhere like people who carry around a big logo bag and they got worn out because they are white sneakers. Wow I’m out of touch. |

My nephew got one for Christmas a few years ago -- his "big" gift.
He wore it to a frat party a couple weeks later and it walked away. Buh-bye really expensive ugly coat. |

Golden Goose = sneakers
Canada Goose = coat |
