I have no clue if they have dietary restrictions and am looking for something easy.
Thanks! |
| Something with a fruit salad. Maybe a pre-made quiche? |
| Pizza and salad |
| Big pot of minestrone soup or other homemade soup, good-quality bread and butter/oil, salad. Maybe also a fruit salad. |
| Quiche and green salad |
|
Again? We're in an Omicron surge. Unless you work in a homeless shelter, OP, or you're serving your food outside, you shouldn't be doing this. |

Charcuterie trays; grapes, cheese, olives, crackers
Separate ones with assorted raw veggies Croissants, cut up crusty bread assorted cookies for dessert Drinks - bottled seltzer, bottled lemonade, hot tea, coffee |
| Crossaint with chicken salad and separate plate of sliced vegetables and a good spread. Fruit salad. |
Chicken salad is disgusting. Offer a non-mayo based protein. |

What on earth is “fruit salad”? Some American concoction that doesn’t taste like real fruit?

Mediterranean spread.
Olives, cheeses, bread, hummus, baba ganoush, grape leaves, grilled chicken, falafel, rice, greek salad with dressing on the side. There are very few dietary restrictions that can't find something (usually multiple things) in a spread like that. Possibly a person with an olive allergy would struggle, but even they should be able to eat the chicken and rice. Many restaurants will cater this. I've done it for parties, and it's always a hit. |
Take at least three types of fruit, cut them up, place in bowl = fruit salad. |
What do you think a green salad is? Now translate that to fruit. A salad is simply a few different things put together in a bowl--fruit salad, chicken salad, green salad, jello salad, tuna salad etc. |
+1 and who on earth does not know this. |
+2. Seriously “fruit salad” isn’t a new concept!! |
