Its a prime (pun intended) weekday spot from 9PM EST - 10PM EST five days a week.
You need someone energetic and committed and can do an hour-long anchor. Jake Tapper, Anderson Cooper, and Don Lemon already have weekday shows. What about Phil Mattingly? He doesn't have a show at all and I saw him doing quite a bit of in-studio coverage for the 2020 election. 
Abby Phillips only has a one-hour Sunday show. Would she be willing to come off for 5 days a week with a newborn?
