| I was shocked to see this only because I’ve looked at it for my kid, and it’s very expensive out of state. We will not qualify for financial aid. So they give a lot of merit aid for OOS or are people paying full price? |

DP: Georgetown Visitation Prep School This seems to happen at privates every so--often a group of kids kind of make a new school a 'thing'. |

| They do give good merit. My DD got in with 7500 merit last year so that brought it down closer to high 30k/40K. It's entirely scores based and this was the middle level. |

Or maybe these kids got aid. Not everyone has $80k cash per year for school. DCUM tends to forget this. |

I would assume that most people who have enough to send their kids to visi have enough for college, otherwise the could easily put the visi tuition in a 529, send their kid to public, and afford college |

Huh? There are many kids who get air at the private schools. they don't have $80k/year for private college. |
