| Jennifer Lopez must have the best plastic surgeons an aestheticians in Hollywood working for her. Her face at 52 looks incredible. No nasolabial folds, jawline sharp enough to cut the smooth glass that is her forehead. But yet, the look is natural and not overdone. So... what HAS she had done? Facelift? Fat transfer? A ton of botox? What can the rest of us plebes do to get some of that fountain of youth? |
| Prescription retinol and Botox for the regulars. No idea if she does either but both will actually make face look great (I do both). I won't touch fillers - I think I'd rather get an actual surgical lift in a few years. |

She claims she’s never had Botox or fillers or any surgery.

Probably botox to the forehead. Doesn't look like anything on the neck, where I think she shows her age. I think she's one of those genetically blessed people. If I had all the same procedures, I'd still look like a hag.

Actually watching her face when she sang at the inauguration made me think maybe she really hasn’t had Botox - or hasn’t in a long time. Her face thoroughly moved and wrinkled as she sang.
BUT she’s probably had a ton of lasers! Lasers can do wonders, especially if started early. |
I believe her when she says she's had no fillers or Botox. I see no evidence of anything in this no makeup selfie, for instance:
I think she just has good genes and takes good care of her skin. I am about 5 years younger and similarly have good skin genes -- women in my family just have really youthful looking skin until about 60 when you start to see it. It's not weight related for us, either. It's just how we age. Anyway, this is about how my skin looks now in my late 40s. Some fine lines and crepiness around the eyes, but basically nothing else except when I smile, and then it's just deeper laugh lines than I used to have. I don't have lines on my forehead or between my eyes. No neck wrinkles. And I've had no work done. I do think she must be ahead of the game in terms of skin care. Like I said, I'm 5 years younger. I am good about retinol (I use an alternative but it has the same impact) and really good about SPF and moisture. But she glows and has always glowed. I think some of that is just natural, she's lucky. But also she clearly takes exceptional care of her skin. She's wealthy and has access to the best of everything. She has no reason to go in for fillers or Botox and I'm glad she hasn't because when you are that naturally beautiful, it would be sad to destroy it just to get rid of a few laugh lines. |
That's what she looks like without makeup?! In her 50s?! Wow. She is even better looking than I previously thought. |
| Agree with PP. She looks better w/o make up |
| I have similar skin and I'm in my late 40s. Genetics is real. Plus the value of a good night's sleep and hydration. |
| the no make up pic is heavily filtered. |
+1 I think she looks great but absolutely no way does anyone in their 50s look like that. |
| Absolutely she has had Botox. That no makeup picture shows it in her forehead. Also laser. |
And yet she looks great. |
| Melanin is her trick. MELANIN. Let's not forget she's Puerto Rican. |
Good sleep is a big factor to skin health. I know one woman in her 50s with skin that is fresh and youthful so I know its not just for celebrities. |
