Anyone love their house so much they hate to travel?

Anyone else like this out there?

No, but I still prefer my bed and stuff.

I love my house. But not enough to keep me from traveling!

I sometimes miss certain comforts of home, depending on where I am, but travel is temporary - the house is not enough of a reason to not do it.

We can’t travel much because we have to pay for our house - does that count?

I love my life so much that when I travel I’m not that impressed.

I don’t really get “travel”…

Beach, lake, mountains, cities, art, museums…. Yawn

When I do enjoy life most… traveling or not is when I meet interesting people.

I’ve travelled 7 times this year but the thing I like most is meeting people. I tend to do that when I go places, doesn’t matter where I go every place has interesting people.

I'm exactly the opposite. I don't travel to meet people. I travel to see different places. I'm happiest with minimal people.

I do love my house. I always miss it. I keep my travels to limited to 7-10 days.

I love my home so much that I hate going out to meet friends (at restaurants, outside events, their homes). I do it because I love my friends but I’m just so happy when I return home. I love to travel, but many hotels don’t impress me - I prefer the comfort and cleanliness of my home. Still love to travel but also love to come home if that makes sense. And before anyone makes an assumption, I live in a modest 1800sf home.

OP, what is your house like
Anonymous
no but it's darn close.... I am always not as comfortable traveling as I am in my house but I want to see the world and visit people so I manage.

We're traveled a lot so I'm over it. Plus hotels are nasty if you think about it.

Yes I love my home and don't have to work. Loving upgrading my home, yes miss it if I'm away. Of course we live in the W. near the mountains which was a great move back in the day.

You either have anxiety or are growing old and set in your ways. Or both.
