Since he could claim he misunderstood the question, it is nearly impossible to prove that he intended to lie, which doesn’t rise to the level of fraud anyway.

All-in it is much more than just $11.5K. Has anyone FOIA'd his contract? Superintendents typically receive free car stipend (sometimes up to $1,000 a month), annuity, life insurance, multiple all expenses paid "conferences" per year, bank dozens (if not hundreds) of sick and vacation days to cash out, pension, and likely a fat orchestrated exit package.

Are you talking about the asshole who said he would refuse to honor his non-binary students’ requests to use preferred pronouns? He was never fired. But he absolutely should be. He is a disgusting person and has no business teaching children.
