All these people wondering why these board members deleted their Twitter accounts should look at the things Beth Barts was receiving. The death threats and hateful things being sent to them makes it perfectly reasonable to delete their social media presence. They are being harassed by vile people, many of whom don’t have children in the schools or even live in Loudoun County. This gestapo behavior by people who hate America and American values is beyond the pale — I hope they’re all cracked down on by the FBI and prosecuted as the domestic terrorists they are.

This is something that goes both ways politically and seems to have been made worse by Social Media. Just look at the death threats and crude insults against Sinema and Manchin on their twitter pages from progressives or the replies to Biden from MAGA hats. If you are an elected official it’s something that goes with the job, so even though I sound like an ass I don’t exactly have empathy.

Please educate yourself on the Gestapo before trying to use it in a sentence. And clearly you do not understand the term terrorist or the legal definition of terrorism.
