Only Joy was a "teen" when she got married (19.) Jill, Jessa, and Jinger were all in their 20s. Jana is in her 30's and still not married.

One of the charges has a minimum of 5 years and a max of 20. The other has no minimum and a maximum of 10 years.

Without getting in the details of the videos he had, will it constitute an aggravating circumstance, or is that only for repeat offenders?

Wow. Victim blame much? These girls had no opportunity to have normal, healthy relationships. They weren’t going to get to go to college or pursue a career of their choosing. Might as well identify a decent enough guy and get married simply to escape being under their parents’ roof.

How many are allowed at graduation? I know at my son's university (for undergrad, not law school) each student is limited to just 6 guests. I don't know if there are limitations at Derick's school, but I wouldn't be surprised.

I think that was made up tabloid stuff. But he did say others had access to computer. Two of his brothers also worked there. But it was his password and text messages to his family at the same time and a review he wrote for a business show him at the computer and phone during all relevant times.
