| I was not this nauseous with my first child. I remember eating would help with the feeling but this time around is different. I’m so nauseous I feel I could vomit at any moment and a lot of food turns me off. Is there anything that will really help? Ginger ale? |
| The fever tree ginger ale helped, it’s STRONG. |
| Honestly, prescription medication. |
| I wrote a post about this being miserable with my second it’ll get worse is you will will throw up. Only time helped In would say naps and rest but that ain’t happening with a first kid around. |

Keep cool to cold. Fan blowing, cool shower, cold pack on your neck.
Try to drink your calories and sip a simple smoothie (blend ice and a banana and/or applesauce, some fresh ginger and water) to keep your blood sugar from dipping or getting hunger pangs. Candy canes were always on my bedside table for the morning. Sucking on peppermint helped. Avoid any scented products for now. |
| Bonjesta. Wish I had gotten a prescription sooner. |
| Unisom and b6. But for me- just the unisom. B6 didn’t make that much of a difference. I’d take the unisom at night and feel better all morning. Ginger chews or the pregnant candy did nothing for me. |
NP. How much did you take? I’ve tried Unisom, even cutting the pills in half makes me extremely drowsy all day. |
| Zofran |
Yep, the only thing that worked for me. |
| Nothing worked did me. It went away the day I delivered though. You can try sniffing rubbing alcohol intermittently. |
| B12 during the day, Unisom at night |
+1 |
| If you dice some real ginger, place them in a cup and pour a little hot water over it, drinking the liquid only with a squeeze of lemon and honey if you like, might help. |
Oops forgot to type, if these home remedies don't work immediately, you may need a prescription. |
