| Meds sometimes work. Not all the time like zofran or bongesta. Other things I’ve tried was eating more frequently, eating things with lime or lemon, minty gum or ginger gum. Chewing ice. All of these didn’t work for me all the time but did help sometimes. After about 18-19 weeks it got much better but I still get nauseas from time to time. I’m 26 weeks now. I experienced this with all my pregnancies so I wasn’t surprised. |

I am pregnant again after a long time and came here to see if there are any new tricks. LOL
Nothing works 100% for me. I like the unisom combo only because it knocks me out and puts me out of my misery for the night. Mine is always worse at night. I am drinking seltzer at night and that’s a new trick for me, I guess the carbonation helps. Bought all the candies and I eat constantly which I hate because I was in a nice intermittent fasting routine for the last few years. |
