Reading smut has saved my marriage

Late to the conversation but really want to add my two cents here if i can. Young men please take this into consideration from a not so young man whos been married over 20 plus years and has a wife who loves sex to this day and at times has a desire that can out pace his own. These novels can be your best friend if your willing to get past your own insecurities (it can be tough but it can also be incredible for your long term sex life.) Women from my own experiance tend to love fantasy in relation to sex. The stories, settings, situations, sexual tensions, and verity of sexual encounters can make women extreamly horny and if your mature enough to handle the fact that you very well may not be the center of the "fantasy" you just might find yourself having the most incredible sex you can possibly imagine. Remember its "fantasy" and your wife in most circumstances is not going to leave your for a character in a fiction book. However she might screw your brains out as a result of the senarios in some of these books turning her on sexually to the point of no return. My recomendation is simple, hear her out, be open with here about your own fantasies, remember sex to her is not all about your dick and only your dick. Compliment her often and make her feel desired. Roll with her novel influanced fantasy as much as possible. Be playful and supportive. Laugh with her about the rediculious part. Role play some of novel seens with her and use toys that fit the senarios, dont be intemidated about using a toy that may or may not be bigger or thicker then what you may or may not be roacking downstairs. Make it hot and fun, maintain your masculinity and use it as a driver to her own desire.

Just want to bump this thread because it inspired me to read the ACOTAR series. I feel like I found my mojo again. I fantasize and think about sex all the time now. It’s been amazing for my marriage of 20+ years.

Just added the ACOTAR series to my Libby but there's a wait.

Only a few Sarah MacLean available on Libby. I to have more time to listen to audio books during work than to read for pleasure at night with kids, etc. It's the "A Rogue by any Other", so far reminds me of Bridgerton.

I did find an in option to listen to some of the British Filth guy that someone suggested without having to sign up for an account or download the Reddit app. It is quite explicit, oh my, but Im here for it, lol!

Fans of these will also enjoy the Kushiel books by Jacqueline Carey. You're welcome!

Does anyone use the Quinn app? I’m considering a subscription. I’ve heard the excerpts from Jamie Campbell Bower’s story. He’s so pretty and his voice is sexy. I’m intrigued.
