| We know that young people are not at risk, the game is played outside, nobody touches the ball, boys have protective gear on, parents can socially distance while watching. Thoughts? |
| As long as your son does not play for Blackwolf I think it is perfectly safe. |
| Yes. |
|
Young people are at risk, and they are carriers and can expose more vulnerable people. No group sports for now. |
What a dumba$$ statement. They are at "lower" risk but, nevertheless, still at risk. They can also be easily asymptomatic and give it to you or other older folks around them. So, No. |
|
Not if it means playing on any field that has been ordered closed by authorities.
I realize this is DC area, but I'm not one of these people who think we're exempt from the rules, even ones I may disagree with. |
| I'm in my 60's and was a pretty decent midfielder in high school, so I have a clue what's involved. I wouldn't let them play now. Still too much close contact and risk of transmission. All team sports have too much contact at this point to feel safe. |
+1. But, I would also be someone who is pushing hard for reopening sooner rather than later. |
|
Not a game organized against official guidance, because I don’t believe that everyone should just be doing what they feel like doing. It’s the height of entitlement.
Once we get the ok, yes- I would be comfortable with my kid playing. |
| Of course not. |
Now that made me laugh! |
| Yes after June 15th. |
| Yes. I think they should be playing outside sports now. |
+1 |
| Yes. But I wouldn’t stand in a crowd to watch. |
