You definitely seem mature now.

Stern is brutal. I’m surprised Seinfeld ever talked to him again. |
|
Glenn Frey was married to someone 20 years younger than him. She was early 20s, he was early 40s.
SO what? They were married for 25 years before he died. |
Wow. That actually makes me almost like Howard Stern... |
Yes you’re right. The real problem with society is all these busy bodies trying to maintain ANY standards! If it feels good do it right? |
She wasn't a teen? |
You have zero rights to try to bully a young woman into not dating someone because it doesn't meet your standards. |
| Do you realize that before around 1974 ish, women married at 17, 18, 19? All the time. |
And? It doesn't make it okay. Not many years before that, black people had to sit at the back of the bus. |
Not comparable. One is racism, the other is basic sociology. And it was ok, accepted, and actually expected. The point is dating and marrying young wasn't considered to be a problem. Now it is as childhood and maturity, along with educational opportunities and norms have elongated, lifespan has increased, and women's rights have improved. |
It’s not the dating/marrying young that is the problem... it’s the youth combined with the RIDICULOUS age gap. Any 38 year old man messing with a HIGH SCHOOL student is a perverted creep. Any parents that are cool with this are also perverted creeps who don’t care about their daughter. |
If there’s grass on the infield, play ball! |

Yes. It was gross and creepy then, and it's gross and creepy now.
I know Seinfeld is long-time married to someone his own age, but I still see him as the old perv who dated a 17 year old. BTW, I think he has daughters that age now. I hope that gives him a new perspective on his 38 year old self. Gross. |
