Why does Netflix suck so bad now?

BE CAREFUL OF NETFLIX SCAM!
If your using one of your devices and somehow get signed off and they re-ask you for your email. BE 100% positive you are using the original email address as they will bill you for 2 different accounts. I recently discovered this and tried to get a refund but they refused. Waiting for a better option than I am out of here Netflix!!

I love Netflix streaming. Worked my way through Mad Man, Frazer, Midwifes, am now on Foyle's War. Love it on my kindle.
On TV, however, we have issues with loading etc. is it our TV or something else?

Netflix used to be great but then it lost some of my favorite shows like Sarah Connor Chronicles/ Babylon 5, etc.

If netflix wants customers maybe they should think about a premium version that offers good hard sci-fi. I miss Sg-1, I would love a star trek series, I liked Atlantis, good animation, etc.

But but the selection is really limited. A lot of the newer movies aren't available in streaming. Older movies and a lot of the TV shows I watch aren't either.

I have this local spanish mart that has a crappy dvd rental section in their store but they keep 1080p quality movies behind the counter that come out the day a movie hits the theater I have absolutely no idea how they get this so fast and in such high quality but I do not question lol

I had something similar happen, you can try to have your credit card company handle the refund. That is what I had to resort to when I could no longer sign in to my active account that they somehow had "no record of". I had to set up a new one according to costumer service and they started double billing me. Luckily I caught it early on my statement because the Netflix costumer service was not helpful.

We cut the cord- we get local channels (HD) via antenna and have netflix. It basically is our supplement to regular TV/cable.

I love Amazon on my HD Roku - with my Amazon Prime for free shipping, I get tons of free movies and sesame street too. All in HD. And it has all the new movies.
