I've heard that Rockwool insulation in your walls can smell like cat urine when exposed to water. Do you know how the walls are insulated?

Answering despite the fact that it is an old, resurrected thread - The smell of cat pee closely resembles the smell of a dangerous electrical problem. Call an electrician if you smell this smell. And check your fire detectors.
