That pricing isn't as bad as I expected for GA teams. If GA and GA2 teams play in the Girl's Academy League, which teams play in EDP and NCSL? And are those prices cheaper, I assume?

The delta in these fees is inconsequential when you consider how much most GA / ECNL players (and younger players who aspire to play at those levels) spend on private training, hotel and other travel costs, etc.

“GA2” plays in EDP or NCSL. There is no regional type league in Girls Academy like there is with ECNL-R

Attaching the "GA" initials to the name of a team that not only doesn't play in that league but plays in a much lower level league is just intended to mislead people who don't know any better. As another poster said, if there were a dedicated league where the B teams of clubs who actually have GA teams played one another (like ECRL), then it would be a little more defensible. Whether the naming convention is being pushed by the clubs or the GA itself, it's shameful.

a handful of clubs have 2 teams in GA, but you can count them on one hand

it was a pretty lofty expectation that they'd get MLSNext given their track record...i mean they pulled of GA with vision and facilities kind of shocked it didn't work for MLSNext

The way I was explained to was they are in GA so now way they get ECNL and MLSnext too. They should never have gotten GA anyways. They should only be in EDP, USYS, and NCSL. You know it’s true, it’s damn true.
