Only one thing to do in the Fall, VRSC GA and FCV GA teams having matches on each one of the four fields at Raventek park! Settle the beef!

They haven’t announced their GA coaching slate

They have to the families with players on the teams.

It is entertaining to see those not on GA need to know who the GA coaches are. Definitely announced to those on GA.

But its not fair , I want to know who the coach's are FOMO is a real thing

Won't be announced until June when TSJ season is over and all coaches have moved over officially.

So GA has no standards? Letting an unqualified and unlicensed salesman sounds like it

Why hasn’t NE gotten himself a soccer license so he can earn some credibility? And how many teams is he coaching next year? A lot!

ED co-coaching 3 GA teams plus U12s seems like a lot. How does co-coaching typically work? Will U-12s get short-changed as VR focuses on the new GA teams?

ED is also the club’s director of player development. I don’t know if this is typical, but I recently heard another club’s TD say a coach shouldn’t have more than 2 teams, and if the coach also is a director then they shouldn’t have more than 1 team. ED is a director, solo coach of 1 team and co-coach of 3 teams in a brand new GA program.

Relax people. This isn’t their (CC, ED) first rodeo. Do you really think they would put something in place they couldn’t manage? VR has deep pockets to hire as many staff they say they need.

You're conflating a club and a certain individual when it comes to having "deep pockets". Without that individual's money, the club would probably not even exist today and certainly would not own the Sportsplex. That person currently happens to have a "vested interest" in seeing the club succeed (beyond just the financial aspects). But that particular "interest" will no longer be a consideration in another year or so...
