CC is a good guy and a great coach. He took over a well established club at FCV. Watching to see what he can do at Revolution for now.

Again, this is AB or someone at FCV who realizes their club is in the port-a-potty and they are trying to sow discord with all of the players who saw the light and hightailed it away from AB's shatt show. Clueless idiots who know nothing about where they will be in 4 months.

this is about VRSC not FCV

Didn’t CC and ED (and others) build FCV from the ground up?

Yes - they founded FCV.

Terry Foley founded FCV, Cz and ED were brought in after the Ashburn Soccer Club acquisition in 2014

Did MD have a big role? One parent was mistakenly under the impression that he had sold FCV.

CC did not found FCV. It was a loose confederation of very good teams from around the area and Terry Foley started it. Then at some point they required a home complex and Foley took all the assorted teams and they became part of SYA to have a home field. That’s where he found CC and ED. They spun off when the Ashburn thing began and played out of Evergreen (now Revolution’s park). TF retired or sold it to CC a few years ago. They have never had their own fields, which is now becoming a problem for them since Revolution is not continuing the contract (or whatever it was). Bles probably won’t suit GA, but who knows.

I heard that Foley and CC sold FCV to TSJ as one deal and CC stayed and Foley moved on. Is that correct, different narrative than above. They probably pocketed some dollars but not what you might think.

CC bought in when TF left..I don’t know if TF maintained any ownership stake, but he left FCV before the sale to TSJ.

Technical staff and age coordinators look solid. Coaching staff for the top boys teams look okay.

At least one of the coaches is in legal trouble from the switch over this winter and can't have anything to do with the club or his former players until the summer. I wouldn't be surprised if that's the case for a few of them.

For a club with earlier tryouts it's interesting they are later than most clubs to say who's coaching what next year. Definitely not giving parents great feelings while deciding if they should stay or go elsewhere from FCV especially.

This thread LAUGHED when VRSC got into GA based on their “vision.” They released the coaching slate and their “vision” is having GA2 teams as their top, pre-GA team, and JH leading the helm.

Only one thing to do in the Fall, VRSC GA and FCV GA teams having matches on each one of the four fields at Raventek park! Settle the beef!

They haven’t announced their GA coaching slate
