| I am really sad that Lisa Baden is gone from reporting traffic at WTOP she was funny. She made the morning commute bearable with all the traffic hang up in the mornings. It is too bad that everything has to come done to the almighty dollar. I have always look forward to hearing her in the mornings. Shame on you WTOP for letting her go. |

I liked Lisa as well. Initially she annoyed me, but then I got to look forward to her quirky traffic reports. Made the commute funner.
I have always disliked the advertising. Particularly the big federal government contractors that somehow think advertising on WTOP will make those of us in acquisitions throw out the regulations and say "wow, I heard a great commercial today, I think XYZ is really on the ball and should get this contract!" |

She's on Channel 7 (ABC) in the early morning (before 7:00 a.m.) Not sure if she's on the radio. I happen to see her as I'm getting ready to leave. I take Metro so the traffic situation's not relevant to me but she also reports on Metro delays. I like her. Somehow her perkiness is bearable. |

I miss Lisa Baden's traffic reports on WTOP... you never knew what was going to come out of her mouth next. But it was always smooth. It's a loss for WTOP for sure. Bob Marbourg is great in the afternoons. I'd like to have lunch with him someday and discuss traffic in this area. My kids recognized his voice when they were babies because he was one of the strongest voices that they had heard in utero! (Belly close to the car radio!)
I also agree with the listener who thinks Chris Core (sp.?) is obnoxious and has too many windows in his home. Unfortunately, he is on when I am driving carpool so I hear him all too often... But I'm really glad to hear that other people think the way Patri-see-ya Guadalupe says her name is one of the most ridiculous things I've ever heard. I laughed when I read the other posts. Thanks for making my day! |

She is now on news radio 99.1. it's a brand new news station, rival to WTOP. She's on the "1"s
Good to have her back! Athough the channel is some getting used to, it seems they have a lot of commercials. |

Hilarious. Loving the WTOP critiques. I love WTOP when there some sh*t going down in the area I'm listening 24/7. I could take or leave Lisa Baden. Sometimes she could be funny but sometimes I just wished she would give me the info without all the extras. |
