Y'all stay making excuses for women letting themselves go. GET IT TOGETHER. Nobody wants a sloppy, disheveled partner. Get outta here with that. |
Not attracted to me? DGAF. See ya! Don't let the door hit you on the way out.
Grow a spine people. |
Nah, she got washtub she wanted and now puts in no effort. She’s your roommate. Demote her to that. |
Get a trainer/nutritionist for you both so it doesn't seem so pointed. Also seeing you get hotter may inspire her also. |
This thread is wild. If it were opposite genders, lots of us would lay down the law our husbands. I don’t need Dh to have a perfect body, but I’m not interested in a dad bod or pot belly. |
You sound fat. |
And you sound like a garden gnome. |
This was posted nearly verbatim over the past few months. |
The bolded is the very definition of projecting. "Extinguishing his attractiveness to his wife"?? 🤣 You seem to know everything about everyone's marriage, but then you tell us your not even married, lol. You're so full of it. I can't even take what you wrote seriously. |
There have been a few of those! |
+1 Realest post here. Honestly, I love working out - it gives me energy and makes me feel strong. Currently, I work out around 6 days per week. As far as body fat goes, it just doesn’t matter how much I work out. Body fat is at least 70% controlled by amount of calories, macros (protein/fats/carbs) and quality of food you eat. All the working out gives you muscle tone and physical capacity which are often covered by fat. What (and how much) you eat determines how much fat is on your body. Timing of food also matters. Calories eaten early in the day will get used, calories later in the day get stored as fat while you sleep. |
Guy here - this is 100% true. Abusing your dopamine receptors shows up when you need to perform in real life. |
I don’t know if this is just my circle or what..but with almost every couple I know, the woman is in better or equal shape than the DH. I don’t see many exceptions to this. I know tons of couples where wife is in shape, but husband has a beer belly, major dad bod. Do the women look like they are 25? No- but they exercise rarely and are not overweight. I barely know any genuinely overweight women at all, actually. UMC and mid 40s, for reference. |
Oops- Exercise regularly…not rarely. |
I don’t cry for you schmuck. |
