John Eastman memo to Pence

Missed this from a week or so ago. This is probably what led to Scott Perry’s phone seizure today. Meet Ken Kuklowski, Federalist Society member, director of the Center for Religious Liberty at the Family Research Council, and research fellow with Liberty University School of Law. Eastman put him in at DOJ a month before January 6 so we could pay him to work with Jeffrey Clark on the DOJ portion of the plan to overturn the election. He’s cooperating.

You are posting a tweet by Strzok and expecting me to take it seriously?

It’s reporting by the New York Times and CNN. Can you point to anything in the tweet or the reporting that’s incorrect?

I can't read links to tweets. You have to insert an image, not a link.

What does this say?

If DOJ just ignores this it goes away. There is no way anyone gets charged. The laws do nor apply to republicans.

Another link. Email discussion about repeating specific claims in a federal suit that they had used in a state suit but now knew to be false. They repeated the claims despite knowing they were false. Trump signed the false complaint. So the Judge says the email discussion admitting they were false is not protected by attorney-client privilege because it was part of and is evidence of a crime/fraud.

Whoa. An attorney would be looking at discipline and possible disbarment for that.

“Eight emails, ordered released by U.S. District Judge David O. Carter of California, include correspondence between Trump lawyers Kenneth Chesebro, John Eastman and others discussing various legal strategies to convince Republican members of Congress to object to the official certification of electoral votes in a joint session of Congress on Jan. 6, 2021.

In an email from Chesebro to Eastman and several others sent on Dec. 31, 2020, Chesebro argued that Thomas would “end up being key” to asking the high court to overturn then-President-elect Joe Biden’s win in contested states, and that they should “frame things so that Thomas could be the one to issue some sort of stay or other circuit justice opinion saying Georgia is in legitimate doubt.”

They specifically targeted Georgia because Thomas oversees the 11th circuit court of appeals, which includes Alabama, Florida, and Georgia. Thomas could've potentially issued a stay in a lawsuit to stop counting or certifying the vote in Georgia. Despite the fact that the Republican Party had full control of the Georgia election apparatus.

They didn't go after Wisconsin, Michigan, or Pennsylvania with the same intensity. Why? Because Thomas was the linchpin to the coup attempt. They needed someone on the SC to do the dirty work and try to reject the results from a swing state.

Also, all the swing states's court of appeals are overseen by Republican-appointed justices. There are no swing states whose courts are overseen by a Democratic-appointee.

The conspiracy is in full view.

IIRC Alito was the Circuit Justice for Pennsylvania (3d Cir), Kavanaugh for Michigan (6th Cir) and Barrett for Wisconsin (7th Cir).
