If they were dismissed, there would be no trial date set . |
WaPo says the trial is moving forward, but some charges have been dismissed: http://www.washingtonpost.com/local/education/fairfax-teachers-lawsuit-against-elementary-principal-moves-forward/2014/12/26/131adeb8-8d2c-11e4-a085-34e9b9f09a58_story.html |
ML needs to be kicked out of FCPS. She is horrible. Her staff only gave her good ratings because she threatened them if they did not. She's forced too many excellent teachers to leave her schools. Get her out ASAP. She doesn't care about the Bailey's kids or the community. |
This is outrageous. |
This is ancient. |
Does anyone know what happened with the lawsuit ? |
From what I can gather, it was dismissed—not because the allegations were unsubstantiated, but because the plaintiffs withdrew their complaint. Sounds like it was dragging out too long and they ran out of money to pay their lawyers. I suspect there was a settlement of some type with a non-disclosure agreement. Coincidentally, I was just googling info about this this afternoon. Perhaps for the same reason as you. |
The longstanding AP under Lemmon (pretty young blonde) is now the P at my kids school. Makes me wonder what the culture of the school will be like. |
Yep, me too. |
