Interesting. DS had one of those teachers at another school in FCPS. The *worst* teacher we've ever suffered through and we were not alone in that opinion. But DS learned all about the wedding she was helping to plan. |

I had my issue with her too before she went to Baileys. I don't understand why she still has a job. |
All that needs to be done is to find teachers from Mount Vernon Woods or those that worked there (and lost their jobs). I still have my boat load of documentatips on her from 3 years ago. (I won my unemployment claim and I had to use it for the EEOC). So please know that the county has had many issues with her. |

I ordered the document as I am one that had issues with Marie. Reading this document is NO major surprise. I am reading things that I experienced during my 1 year tenure in FCPS and at MVW. What bothers me the most is that I was not the first person to suffer at the hands of this woman, however, FCPS let her go on. Now, this document spells it right out for them. There can be no more denying of the facts of what kind of person she is. |
So what is the gist of the complaint(s)? What are the plaintiffs alleging? |
Racial and religious discrimination. I believe the statements by the plaintiffs wholeheartedly as I was subjected to the same thing. It is scary because it is almost identical. Amazingly, she was quoted as saying things that another colleague and I "assumed" were the case. I kept a detailed timeline of our interactions and her threats. I kept all of my doctor's records from my visits (not realizing at the time that my doctor was documenting the events that I shared with her that were causing high levels of stress and anxiety from work). The AP was pregnant and there is a clear amount of discrimination against her. The actions do not surprise me at all as this was business as usual from her while at MVW. |
