| Last year, very few - not even a handful, watched the games. It’s the Final 4 weekend and a coaches convention. I say do it - my older daughters both loved it and enjoyed more than Under Armor. |

WTF is the "School girl tournament"?
They all have generic names with American or US in them, you couldn't use the one this tournament is actually called? Makes harder to search archives when people search for the actual event. |

j Honestly this was kind of my reaction. Never heard of it before. Asked my DD and she said her coach sent her info about but she decided she didn’t want to do it. She’s doing another tryout team she made and thinks it’s enough. TBH it’s difficult to tell anymore which tournaments ever matter. American Select, Under Armour, All America, Best in Class, etc. We have a friends daughter who went D1 and didn’t do any of this stuff. My DD is doing one or two but wondering if it’s a big waste of time and money. |

| There are no coaches on the sideline for this one. It’s for fun….but is not an impact event. I’ve been to several and never see coaches on the sideline. Not even for top brackets. DMV is the only competitive team…the rest are comprised of jv players. If you want a fun weekend with zero expectations and no pressure…this is it. Enjoy. |

| I find it confusing. Some say no coaches on sideline; others commented that this is the final 4 weekend and coaches convention. If all the coaches are in town for the ncaa final 4 and convention how are there no coaches on sideline? |

| Sounds like the organizers of this event are the ones submitting the comments telling everyone to "go have fun" even though there are no coaches there. Do they post the list of college coaches? At this point in the recruiting process, if there is not a lot of coaches from solid schools why would elite players go? |
