Creating magical moments for homeless children. 3rd annual event for children and families. Dress up in costume, have cupcakes, healthy snack, candy tour on American University campus lead by student groups. Safe way for families to celebrate fall, have fun and also help to give a homeless child a birthday party. Extra Ordinary Birthdays- gives over 25 personalized birthday parties each month to children throughout the entire DMV area.
