FITT Fam classes are a collaborative parent and child experience. FITT Fam classes have families perform a variety of high intensity timed body weight exercises. We have families jumping around, running, squating, doing push-ups and pull-ups and so much more. The FITT Fam classes are safe, fun, and challenging challenging way for families to spend quality time together and get that much needed exercise. The Junior FITT class is for parents and kids ages 7-12.

Complete Dogness is a family friendly dance performance about a delightful little doggy with bad habits. She can eat a delicious wool sweater or steal a whole block of cheese. But there is hope as Barky learns new tricks and as the whole family adjusts. The performance incorporates spoken word, movement, music, and interactive participatory activities for young children.
