Hi ladies! So i'm posting as a clueless soon to be parent and read some of the frustrating ads that you guys have seen.

SErious question, what is a reasonable range of salary (weekly) for nanny for 1, 3 mo. old child, with hours of about 16-32 hrs/wk?

Anywhere from $13-$15/hr (paid under the table) or $15-20/hr (gross, paid legally) depending on the nanny you want to hire.

It depends on where you are. In the DC area, it can range from $13-16/hr. This is, of course, on the books and with a contract.

It is illegal to pay a nanny under the table. Don't do it.
