Does anyone want to fess up? |
| Why are all the nannies on DCUM so out of touch with reality? |
Only a bitter woman thinks as you do. |
There's a difference. Sure nannies should act professional. But it's a job, not a career. Wake up and smell the roses and make that $$$$$$ |
I am a career educator making that $$$$$$, and a nanny, thanks. And here's a hint: my earnings are nowhere near that rediculous $15/hr nonsense. Anyone who thinks they have a nanny for that, doesn't know what a nanny is. They have a sitter. They are deluded. |
|
The $10-16/hr range is what high school and college sitters earn.
Nannies are paid closer to the 20-30 range. |
| Not in DC. |
You're a career educator and nanny but don't know correct grammar? |
Who told you what everyone in the DC area pays their sitters? |
For the sake of those you claim to educate, I hope they have a separate spelling tutor. |
| This is very STUPID questions..... |
|
Dc nanny I work 64 hrs a week, I make $52/hr. Id like to think I'm making a professional salary. |
| Can you accept less than the minimum wage? 'Cuz you see...I am a single mother who gets no child support and is barely able to feed my baby and clothe him, yet I expect to have the luxury of a nanny just because.... |
No fight from the crazy mb poster, lol. |
