What is wrong with the child I'm nannying?

No more car cleaning. Or any cleaning. You have 3 kids to take care of. Cleaning is for the parents to do on the weekends.

Nanny here. I would have never asked a child to help with cleaning the car. I throw away anything they use as we go (snacks, bottles etc).

Conversely, I don’t allow anything in the car until the children are old enough to responsible for cleaning up a after themselves (with or without help), and I don’t clean up for them.
