Looking for advice on how to respond.
I've spent countless hours compiling this list, so why not share it with someone who will appreciate it? https://analporn.me/videos/64372/my-messy-hobby-freigekauft-mit-arschfick-mehr/ https://painfulanalporn.com/videos/65610/pov-asshole-riding-on-bwc-with-handballing-and-gaping/ https://analsexvideos.cc/videos/7821/he-pushes-past-her-anus-and-deep-into-her-rectum-in-the-erotic-video-pulling-out-only-when-he-has-to-cum-and-decorating-her-asshole-with-the-semen/ |

I would say no you are unable to work Friday and leave it at that.
Get the amount of sick days/vacations per year in writing. |

Hi MB,
I didn't realize the expectation was that I would have to make up my sick days. I had assumed when we discussed paid time off, those were my days to use as needed. Can we talk about this further so we are on the same page moving forward? I think this would be a great chance to get a work agreement in place to avoid any other misunderstandings or miscommunications. Thank you! |
| This is why you always get a contract. Then you won’t run into these issues. Because if you don’t work it and it’s not in writing she doesn’t have to pay you |
Tell her you will work if you are paid and only if you are paid. Then you either get a contract with this employer or find another job and get a signed contract before you start working. |
This is great. And OP, don't ever start a job without a fully signed contract again. |
I would send exactly this. |
Me too! This is perfect. If you were told that you would be receiving paid sick days, then you should get them. Period. Your employer has no right to renege on what she told you from the get-go. Also I would get that (as well as other things!) in a written contract signed by both of you. Yes - it does sound like your boss is trying to save $$. She sounds cheap to me & I would not want to work w/someone who would go back on her word even if it was only verbal. |
| How long have you been working, op? |
Excellent point here. OP: Your boss is nickel + diming you. Plus she lied to you. Those are not characteristics that I would want in a boss at all. It is entirely up to you of course - but I wouldn’t want to work for someone who would intentionally lie to me to get everything they can out of me. Especially someone who cared for my precious child all day. |
| So I’m a MB and is it possible she wanted you to work extra hours but wasn’t expecting you to be unpaid for them? |
Start looking for a new job WITH a contract spelling out sick days, vacation when you want, hours. Overtime after 8 hours a day. Stop cheating yourself. |
