Please share your daily, weekly, or monthly weird questions from parents. I want to know if it’s normal behavior or just being a new parent.

This is crazy. Did you wash your hands already? Can I face time with my baby; while you are out for a walk, to make sure she or he is ok and happy? Pick up my baby right away and rock him, you don't see he's being crying and upset for 1 min? We would require you to send us at least 3 pics of our baby, to see how he's doing? Or when you take them for a walk for only 20 min and they start texting you asking, where you are and if you are on your way home yet? This is a really a good one. Please don't let our baby cry at all, while he is on sleep training? We don't want him to cry at all. Lol. Working for first parents are almost the worst scenarios sometimes. I say sometimes bcs no all of them are like that. But most of them are. If you are going trough a tough situation now where is impossible to work, move on.

Yes! Mom calls and text, don't forget to wake baby up please. I need him to sleep the whole night. The baby is teething and she wants me to wake him up after 31 minutes.

You have to make him funny faces to him, if not he gets upset. Please if you see a dog on the street, cross across the sidewalk, even when he is a toddler will not allowed to pet or even wave a dog. How long and how many times were you in tummy time next to him today?.

Nanny to triplets here. Please walk with babies after breakfast and after lunch.
Babies need fresh air every day. Plus must change babies to outside clothes and back to indoor clothes twice a day. Three kids and just me. Next Friday is my last day. Good luck!

What? Omg.. I would quit as soon as I could as well. No worth at all, the stress that involves the position, even if you were paying pretty well. Run away and fast. Good luck to you.

what's wrong with changing them back into inside clothes? I always change their pants when back home, it is normal request since kids get messy - mine like to dig in dirt - so I do not want this dirt in the house, so I change them and noone was even asking me. So, it's normal. I do have 2, not 3 though, and hundred of years of experience, lol

I have no idea why. The mom leaves home clothes and outside for the kids everyday. Also socks and jackets. My husband said ,I am wasting time changing their clothes instead of reading to them.
