It's common sense that all nannies change our charges when they get dirty; and obviously we don't need to wait for the parents request. Mainly when they play outside at the playground and get all dirty or after a meal. With OP is different, since she is required to change 3 babies for inside and out outfits; even they are still clean. OP is totally right. If now you are required to do that, I can't imagine how much work and stress would be with those demanding and picky parents. Nice to hear you are quitting. No money worth your health.
