Love our Brazilian nanny and her friends. They are all about kids. Ours has been with us for 8 years.

Nannies that are respected, paid well and thought of as a person and not an object in the home. A nanny that is hired for her education and experience and is treated as a team parent.

A nanny is not a parent, nor should she be considered in parenting decisions.

This is not a smart question. All nannies from all different countries and culture can be the warmest. Same way they could be the coldest.

It is not smart to think that a nanny's culture and background will influence - for better or worse - their approach to child-rearing.
